दिशोम गुरु ( देश का मार्गदर्शक... दिशोम संथाली भाषा का शब्द है) शिबु सोरेन का निधन

🙏🌹 विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि🌹🙏

👉 इनका जन्म 11 जनवरी 1944 को रामगढ़ के गोला प्रखंड के नेमरा गांव में हुआ. 

👉 उनकी मृत्यु 4 अगस्त 2025 को 81 years की अवस्था में हुई. 

      

👉 आदिवासियों के लिए किए गए संघर्ष हमेशा याद रखे जाएंगे.

👉 झारखंड के लिए हमेशा प्रेरणा स्रोत बने रहेंगे.

👉 गुरुजी जीवन भर शाकाहारी रहे और शराब के प्रबल विरोधी थे. 

👉 गुरुजी निर्विवाद रूप से झारखंड के सबसे बड़ा नेता थे और सभी दल उनके समान रूप से सम्मान करते हैं. 

झारखंड के शिबू सोरेन युग का अंत....

          गुरुजी ( शिवचरण मांझी) का देहांत न सिर्फ झारखंड के बल्कि भारतीय राजनीति के गौरवशाली और संघर्षशील युग का अंत है. 

                      इनका संघर्ष जमीनी स्तर पर रहा और लोगों से जुड़ाव के आधार पर इन्होंने अपने आंदोलन को एक नई दिशा दी. 

      सूदखोर महाजनों के द्वारा इनके पिता ( सोबरन मांझी) की हत्या कर दी गई थी जिसके बाद इन्होंने आदिवासियों के अत्याचार से संबंधित हर मुद्दे के लिए संघर्ष करना शुरू किया. इस संघर्ष के दौरान कई बार उनकी जान जाते-जाते बची क्योंकि जनता और ईश्वर का आशीर्वाद इनके साथ था. 

👉 शिबू सोरेन ने अपनी पढ़ाई छोड़ दी और आदिवासियों को एकजुट करने का प्रयास शुरू कर दिया. आदिवासियों को निश्चित से दूर रहने और शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक रहने का सलाह दिया. 

👉 इन्होंने ठीक उसी तरीके से आदिवासियों को निर्भीक बनाया जिस तरीके से गांधी जी ने भारत को निर्भीक बनाया था. 

👉 इन्होंने महाजनों के खिलाफ धान कटनी आंदोलन की शुरुआत की जिसमें मांदर के थाप पर महिलाएं हंसिया लेकर जाती थी और जमींदारों के खेतों के फसल को काट लेती थी.

    आदिवासी युवा तीर धनुष लेकर उनकी सुरक्षा में लगे रहते थे.

      शिबू सोरेन के द्वारा शोषकों के विरुद्ध एक तरीके से डायरेक्ट एक्शन लिया गया था जिससे शोषकों के बीच उनके प्रति भय व्याप्त था. 

      इनको द्वारा कई संगठनों के भी स्थापना आदिवासियों और गरीबों के हितों के संरक्षण के लिए की गई. लेकिन अंततः इन्हें प्रतीत हुआ कि जब तक झारखंड राज्य को अलग नहीं किया जाएगा तब तक झारखंड के क्षेत्र के लोगों के आकांक्षाएं पूर्ण होना संभव नहीं है. 

     इसके कारण इन्होंने झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा की स्थापना की. 

बोकारो के जैना मोड़ में शिबु सोरेन और विनोद बिहारी महतो के बीच बैठक हुई उसके बाद दोनों धनबाद आ गए. 4 फरवरी 1972 को विनोद बिहारी महतो के साथ एक बैठक में शिबू सोरेन ने अपने दो पूर्व के संगठन शिवाजी समाज और सोनोत संथाल को मिलाकर झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के गठन का प्रस्ताव रखा.

              इस संगठन के अध्यक्ष विनोद बिहारी महतो बने और शिबू सोरेन महासचिव बने.

   झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के गठन के बाद शिबु सोरेन ने कहा था

" हमारे संघर्ष सामाजिक आर्थिक, शैक्षणिक, महाजनी माफिया के खिलाफ होगा और हमारा आंदोलन जल, जंगल, जमीन,खदान पर अधिकार के लिए होगा"

        23 जनवरी 1975 को चिरुडीह कांड हुआ जिसमें शिबु सोरेन ने विद्रोह का बिगुल बजाया था. इसके परिणाम स्वरुप संतानों की जमीन महाजनों के कब्जे से मुक्त हुई. इसके बाद बिहार के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री कर्पूरी ठाकुर ने शिबू सोरेन को आदिवासियों का महान नेता बताया.

     1987 में निर्मल महतो की हत्या हो जाती है उसके बाद हमने शिबू सोरेन JMM के अध्यक्ष बन जाते हैं.

    बाद मे जनता के बीच लोकप्रियता के कारण विधायक, सांसद, मुख्यमंत्री, केंद्रीय मंत्री इत्यादि की भूमिकाओं में समय-समय पर रहे. 

     भले ही शिबू सोरेन आज हमारे बीच नहीं है लेकिन उनके विचार और उनके आदर्श हमेशा झारखंड वासियों और देशवासियों को प्रेरित करते रहेंगे.

🙏🌹 Humble tribute🌹🙏

👉 He was born on 11 January 1944 in Nemra village of Gola block of Ramgarh. 

👉 He died on 4 August 2025 at the age of 81 years. 

👉 His struggles for the tribals will always be remembered. 

👉 He will always remain a source of inspiration for Jharkhand. 

👉 Guruji remained a vegetarian throughout his life and was a strong opponent of alcohol. 

👉 Guruji was undoubtedly the biggest leader of Jharkhand and all parties respect him equally. 

End of Shibu Soren era of Jharkhand.... 

The death of Guruji (Shivcharan Manjhi) is the end of a glorious and struggling era not only of Jharkhand but also of Indian politics. His struggle was at the grassroots level and on the basis of his connection with the people, he gave a new direction to his movement. His father (Sobaran Manjhi) was murdered by moneylenders, after which he started fighting for every issue related to the atrocities on the tribals. During this struggle, he narrowly escaped death many times because the blessings of the people and God were with him.

 👉 Shibu Soren left his studies and started trying to unite the tribals. He advised the tribals to stay away from slavery and be aware of education. 

👉 He made the tribals fearless in the same way in which Gandhiji had made India fearless. 

👉 He started the paddy harvesting movement against the moneylenders in which women used to go with sickles on the beat of the Mandar and cut the crop from the landlords' fields. Tribal youths used to protect them with bows and arrows.

Shibu Soren took direct action against the exploiters in a way that created fear among the exploiters.

He also established many organizations for the protection of the interests of the tribals and the poor. But eventually he felt that unless Jharkhand state is separated, the aspirations of the people of Jharkhand region cannot be fulfilled.

Due to this, he established Jharkhand Mukti Morcha.

A meeting was held between Shibu Soren and Vinod Bihari Mahto at Jaina More in Bokaro, after which both came to Dhanbad. On 4 February 1972, in a meeting with Vinod Bihari Mahto, Shibu Soren proposed the formation of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha by merging his two previous organizations Shivaji Samaj and Sonot Santhal.

Vinod Bihari Mahto became the president of this organization and Shibu Soren became the general secretary.

 After the formation of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Shibu Soren had said

"Our struggle will be against socio-economic, educational, moneylender mafia and our movement will be for the rights over water, forest, land, mines"

Chirudih incident took place on 23 January 1975 in which Shibu Soren blew the trumpet of rebellion. As a result, the land of the children was freed from the possession of moneylenders. After this, the then Chief Minister of Bihar Karpuri Thakur called Shibu Soren a great leader of the tribals.

Nirmal Mahato was murdered in 1987, after which Shibu Soren became the President of JMM.

Later, due to popularity among the people, he held the roles of MLA, MP, Chief Minister, Union Minister etc. from time to time.

Even though Shibu Soren is not among us today, his thoughts and his ideals will always inspire the people of Jharkhand and the country.
