1) समय देने के बाद भी पेसा नियमावली क्यों नहीं लागू हुई?

 झारखंड हाई कोर्ट

👉 पेसा नियमावली के लिए 29 जुलाई 2024 को झारखंड हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा 2 महीने के अंदर  पेसा नियमावली लागू करने का निर्देश दिया गया था लेकिन सरकार लागू नहीं कर पाई. 

     झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य सरकार से यह स्पष्ट करने को कहा है कि आखिर आदेश का पालन क्यों नहीं हो पाया?

👉 सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 6 सितंबर को निर्धारित की गई है. 

    1996 में कानून को केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा भूरिया कमेटी के सिफारिश के बाद देश के 10 राज्यों में लागू किए गए थे. लेकिन राज्यों को स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के अनुसार पैसा कानून के संदर्भ में नियमावली बनाने का अधिकार दिया गया था.

        झारखंड राज्य के द्वारा भी पहली बार 2019 में दूसरी बार 2023 में पेसा नियमावली का ड्राफ्ट जारी किया गया लेकिन पेसा नियमावली झारखंड में कभी लागू नहीं हो पाई.

Why was the PESA rule not implemented even after giving time? Jharkhand High Court 👉 On 29 July 2024, the Jharkhand High Court directed to implement the PESA rule within 2 months, but the government could not implement it. The Jharkhand government has asked the state government to clarify why the order could not be followed? 

👉 The next date of hearing has been fixed on 6 September. 

     In 1996, the law was implemented in 10 states of the country by the Central Government after the recommendation of the Bhuria Committee. But the states were given the right to make rules in the context of the PESA law according to local conditions. 

         The draft of the PESA rule was also issued by the state of Jharkhand for the first time in 2019 and for the second time in 2023, but the PESA rule could never be implemented in Jharkhand.

2) पतरातू प्लांट के एक यूनिट से 15 अगस्त को 800 मेगावाट बिजली का उत्पादन शुरू हो जाएगा इसकी तैयारी पतरातू विद्युत उत्पादन निगम लिमिटेड प्रबंध के द्वारा की जा रही है. 

👉 पतरातू में कुल 4000 मेगावाट का सुपर क्रिटिकल थर्मल पावर प्लांट बनाया जाना है.

👉 पहले चरण में 800 मेगावाट की तीन यूनिट  स्थापित होंगे.  जिससे 2400 मेगावाट का उत्पादन 2025 के अंत से होने लगेगा. 2400 मेगावाट का 80% अर्थात 1920 मेगावाट बिजली झारखंड को प्राप्त होगा. इससे झारखंड में गर्मी में बिजली की कमी की समस्या से निजात मिलेगी 

    रेस्ट 1600 मेगावाट के यूनिट निर्माण की प्रक्रिया 2026 में शुरू होगी.

On August 15, 800 MW electricity production will start from one unit of the Patratu plant; its preparations are being done by the Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited management. 

👉 A total of 4000 MW super critical thermal power plant is to be built in Patratu. 

👉 In the first phase, three units of 800 MW will be installed. Due to which production of 2400 MW will start from the end of 2025. Jharkhand will get 80% of 2400 MW i.e. 1920 MW electricity. This will get rid of the problem of power shortage in Jharkhand during summer. 

The process of construction of rest 1600 MW unit will start in 2026.

3) जलवायु परिवर्तन  झारखंड को काफी हद तक प्रभावित कर रहा है.

( केंद्रीय विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग तथा झारखंड वन विभाग के शोध से प्राप्त निष्कर्ष)

👉 विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार अगले 75 वर्ष में झारखंड में जलवायु परिवर्तन के विनाशकारी प्रभाव देखने को मिल सकते हैं.

*  इसमें गर्म लहरों और सूखे की समस्या शामिल है. 

* राज्य के कई जिलों में अधिकतम तापमान में 5 डिग्री सेल्सियस के वृद्धि हो सकते हैं.

* शेष अन्य जिलों में भी दो से तीन डिग्री सेल्सियस के वृद्धि हो सकते हैं 

      इस रिपोर्ट के बाद झारखंड सरकार के द्वारा निश्चित रूप से जलवायु परिवर्तन को प्रभाव को कम करने वाली योजनाओं के निर्माण पर विचार किया जाएगा. 

Climate change is affecting Jharkhand to a great extent.

(Findings from research by Central Science and Technology Department and Jharkhand Forest Department)

👉 According to experts, Jharkhand may witness devastating effects of climate change in the next 75 years.

* This includes the problem of heat waves and drought.

* The maximum temperature may increase by 5 degrees Celsius in many districts of the state.

* The remaining districts may also see an increase of two to three degrees Celsius.

After this report, the Jharkhand government will definitely consider making plans to reduce the impact of climate change.

4) C R  हेंब्रम  

     चित्रकारी के माध्यम से आदिवासी जीवन दर्शन को प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं. 

👉 मूल रूप से झारखंड के घाटशिला के निवासी हैं.

C R Hembram is presenting the philosophy of tribal life through painting.

5) नगर निकाय चुनाव से पहले राज्य में ट्रिपल टेस्ट के सर्वे रिपोर्ट तैयार कर की जा रही है. अभी तक 19 जिलों के सर्वे रिपोर्ट तैयार हो चुके हैं जबकि संथाल परगना के  कुछ जिले बचे हुए हैं. 

    सारे रिपोर्ट तैयार हो जाने के बाद इसका समाकलन संत जेवियर कॉलेज रांची के द्वारा किया जाएगा. संत जेवियर कॉलेज रांची को रिपोर्ट के समाकलन और संकलन कर फाइनल रिपोर्ट तैयार करने हेतु सरकार के द्वारा एजेंसी के रूप में चयन किया गया है. 

Before the municipal elections, survey reports of triple test are being prepared in the state. So far, survey reports of 19 districts have been prepared, while some districts of Santhal Pargana are left. 

After all the reports are prepared, their integration will be done by Saint Xavier's College Ranchi. Saint Xavier's College Ranchi has been selected as an agency by the government to integrate and compile the reports and prepare the final report.

6) सरफा नृत्य

    संताली कलाकारों की टीम के द्वारा सर्फ को झारखंड के साथ-साथ दूसरे राज्यों में भी पहचान दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है. 

   इस नृत्य के अंतर्गत महिलाएं लकड़ी का बना हुआ वाद्य यंत्र (सरफा)  लेकर नृत्य करती हैं. महिलाएं सिर पर लौटा रखकर थाली और कटोरी को बजाते हुए एक लय में नृत्य करते हैं तथा पारंपरिक गीत गाए जाते हैं. 

* इसमें परंपरा और आस्था से जुड़े हुए मैटर्स शामिल होते हैं

* इसमें कई बार प्रेम गीत भी शामिल होते हैं.

* इसमें कई बार प्रकृति  के प्रति प्रेम को भी दिखाया  जाता है. 

Sarfa Dance

The team of Santali artists is trying to make Sarfa known in Jharkhand as well as in other states.

In this dance, women dance with a musical instrument made of wood (Sarfa). Women dance in a rhythm while playing thali and bowl with a lota on their head and traditional songs are sung.

* It includes matters related to tradition and faith.

* Many times love songs are also included in it.

* Many times love towards nature is also shown in it.

7) सादरी भाषा

👉 घोषणा कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों के द्वारा सादरी भाषा में डॉक्यूमेंट्री बनाई गई है इसका नाम "माटि कर औषधि" है. इसके कुल 10 एपिसोड हैं. 

Sadri language

👉 A documentary has been made in Sadri language by the students of Ghoshana College. Its name is "Mati Kar Aushadhi". It has a total of 10 episodes.

8) आदिवासी भाषाओं के डिजिटल डॉक्यूमेंटेशन की पहल डॉ गणेश मुर्मू के द्वारा की गई है. 

👉 डॉ गणेश मुर्मू जियोग्राफी चैनल के लिए कार्य करते हैं

👉 अभी तक अरुणाचल प्रदेश, उत्तर पूर्व के अन्य राज्य,  उड़ीसा और मध्य प्रदेश की जनजातीय भाषाओं के डिजिटल डॉक्यूमेंटेशन का काम शुरू किया गया है. झारखंड के भाषओं के संदर्भ में यह सर्वे स्तर पर है. 

The initiative of digital documentation of tribal languages has been taken by Dr. Ganesh Murmu. 

👉 Dr. Ganesh Murmu works for Geography Channel. 

👉 So far, the work of digital documentation of tribal languages of Arunachal Pradesh, other states of North East, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh has been started. In the context of languages of Jharkhand, it is at the survey level.

9) झारखंड का क्रेडिट डिपॉजिट अनुपात ( cdr) राष्ट्रीय औसत की अपेक्षा 26% कम है. 

A)  CDR का राष्ट्रीय औसत... 77% सबसे अधिक 

B) झारखंड का  औसत.........51% से अधिक 

C): झारखंड के कई जिलों में 40% से काम भी है जैसे दुमका कोडरमा साहिबगंज बोकारो इत्यादि

D) देश के कई राज्यों में CDR 100% सभी अधिक है.

10) झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री (CM) और झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (JMM) के संस्थापक संरक्षक शिबू सोरेन का 81 वर्ष की आयु में नई दिल्ली, दिल्ली में निधन हो गया।

उनका जन्म 11 जनवरी 1944 को नेमरा गाँव, बिहार (अब झारखंड) में हुआ था और वे संथाल जनजाति के सदस्य थे।

Shibu Soren, former Chief Minister(CM) of Jharkhand and founding patron of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM) passed away at the age of 81 in New Delhi, Delhi.

He was born on 11 January 1944 in Nemra village, Bihar(now Jharkhand) and was a member of the Santhal tribe.

1) खेलो भारत नीति 2025

👉 इसकी घोषणा 1 जुलाई 2025 को की गई थी. 

भारत सरकार की- खेलो भारत नीति-2025  अब उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में लागू करने की योजना है. यह नीति 

👉  सिर्फ खेलों के विकास की दिशा ही तय नहीं करेगी 

👉 बल्कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में एक समावेशी और संतुलित दृष्टिकोण की नींव भी रखेगी. 

       इस नीति के द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय में शारीरिक शिक्षा खेलों को एकेडमिक ढांचे में स्थाई रूप से जोड़ने की योजना है. यह नीति राष्ट्रीय चरित्र निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य संवर्धन और सामाजिक समावेशन के रूप में शिक्षण संस्थानों को स्थापित करेगा. 

     यह नीति इस विचार पर आधारित है कि खेल सिर्फ मैदान तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि व्यक्तित्व विकास, अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और जीवन कौशल सिखाने का सशक्त माध्यम हैं.

Khelo India Policy 2025

👉 It was announced on 1 July 2025. The Government of India now plans to implement Khelo India Policy-2025 in higher educational institutions. This policy

👉 will not only determine the direction of sports development

👉 But will also lay the foundation for an inclusive and balanced approach in the education system.

This policy plans to permanently integrate physical education and sports into the academic framework of the university. This policy will establish educational institutions as a centre for national character building, health promotion and social inclusion.

This policy is based on the idea that sports are not just limited to the field, but are a powerful medium to teach personality development, discipline, leadership and life skills.

 2) economy 

   अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने रस से तेल आयात के मुद्दे पर भारत पर 50% शुल्क लगाया है. दूसरी और अमेरिका खुद रस से उर्वरक, परमाणु उद्योग और रसायन उद्योग के लिए यूरेनियम हेक्साफ्लोराइड का आयात करता है. 

     भारत में अमेरिका के इस अविवेकपूर्ण और अनावश्यक कम पर कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है और भारत की ओर से जवाबी कार्रवाई भी संभव है. 

US President Trump has imposed 50% duty on India on the issue of oil import from Russia. On the other hand, America itself imports uranium hexafluoride from Russia for fertilizer, nuclear industry and chemical industry. India has reacted strongly to this unwise and unnecessary action of America and retaliation from India is also possible.

3) SCO

   भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री शंघाई सहयोग संगठन के शिखर सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लेने के लिए इस महीने के अंत में चीन का दौरा करेंगे. भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की यह यात्रा लंबे समय के बाद हो रही है. 

    चीन की यात्रा के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जापान की यात्रा पर भी जाएंगे. जापान की यात्रा के दौरान भारत जापान शिखर सम्मेलन में जापानी प्रधानमंत्री फुमिओं किशिडा के साथ वार्ता करेंगे. 

      The Indian Prime Minister will visit China at the end of this month to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit. This visit of the Indian Prime Minister is taking place after a long time. 

After the visit to China, Prime Minister Modi will also visit Japan. During his visit to Japan, he will hold talks with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in the India-Japan summit.

3) उत्तराखंड के धराली में जल प्रलय की स्थिति उत्पन्न हुई है जिसके कारण 100 से ज्यादा लोग लापता हो गए हैं. 

A flood situation has arisen in Dharali, Uttarakhand due to which more than 100 people have gone missing.

4) जीडीपी के लिए आधार वर्ष को 2022 23 करने का प्रस्ताव है. 

It is proposed to make the base year for GDP 2022-23.

5) सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है की सेवा के महिला और पुरुष अधिकारियों का सामान मां दंड पर मूल्यांकन नहीं होना चाहिए. 

    क्योंकि दोनों वर्ग अलग-अलग हैं और असमान है. 

The Supreme Court has clarified that male and female officers of the service should not be evaluated on the same level. Because both the classes are different and unequal.

6) भारत टैक्सी

     भारत के सहकारी क्षेत्र ने दिसंबर 2025 तक 'भारत' ब्रांड नाम के तहत एक टैक्सी सेवा शुरू करने की योजना बनाई है। इस नई टैक्सी सेवा से राइड-हेलिंग दिग्गज ओला और उबर को चुनौती मिलने की उम्मीद है।

Bharat Taxi

India's cooperative sector plans to launch a taxi service under the brand name 'Bharat' by December 2025. This new taxi service is expected to challenge ride-hailing giants Ola and Uber.

7) महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री (CM) देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर के वधम्ना गांव में भारत के पहले आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) संचालित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया।

भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद (ICAR)- केंद्रीय समुद्री मत्स्य अनुसंधान संस्थान (CMFRI) ने "ICAR-CMFRI वार्षिक रिपोर्ट 2024"  के अनुसार, 

👉   भारत की समुद्री मछली पकड़ में वर्ष 2023 की तुलना में वर्ष 2024 में 2% की गिरावट दर्ज की गई, जो 3.47 मिलियन टन तक पहुँच गई।

👉 गुजरात, तमिलनाडु और केरल का प्रथम तीन स्थान है. 

Fish Production

According to the "ICAR-CMFRI Annual Report 2024" by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)- Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI),

👉 India's marine fish catch is projected to decline by 2% in 2024 as compared to 2023, reaching 3.47 million tonnes.

👉 Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Kerala are in the top three positions.
